PARCOURS DES MONDES
Plan number 55
Founded in 1990, Galerie Flak specializes in the antique art of North America, Africa, and Oceania. Julien Flak is accredited as an expert by the Chambre Européenne des Experts Conseil en Œuvres d’Art (CECOA) in the areas of North American and Oceanic art. The gallery highlights art forms that are little represented in Europe (archaic Eskimo works and kachinas, for example), as well as the more classical arts of Africa and Oceania. The artworks we present are distinctive for the purity of their forms, their pedigree, and their aesthetic excellence. Our recent exhibitions include AfriCubsime (2019), Sepik (2018), The American Dream (2015), Eskimo Archaïque (2014), Nigeria (2013), and Polynesia (2012).
