Galerie Vallois Modern and Contemporary Art
Galerie Vallois showcases artworks from the young African scene especially from West Africa
Biography
Galerie Vallois Art Moderne et Contemporain was created by Robert Vallois in 1983.
Nowadays, the gallery occupies two spaces in the center of the Saint-Germain-des-Prés neighborhood, at 35 and 41 rue de Seine, and is next to the Galerie Art Déco founded in 1971 by Robert and Cheska Vallois.
Since 2013, Galerie Vallois has been highlighting young African creation, more specifically Beninese artists, both through exhibitions in its Parisian spaces and through funding from the Cotonou Center.
