A monumental cartographic representation of the pilgrimage centre of Satrunjaya - the Jain temple complex near the city of Palitana in Gujarat western India. The hill of Satrunjaya is divided into two high ridges, one dominated by the main temple complex of Adinatha, the other is the site of a nine - temple complex built by Jain merchants.

The image of Vishnu dominates this yantra or meditation manuscript. Vishnu is represented with eight arms each hand carries His attributes. The text block in the centre is a collection of mantras or incantations which are to be recited by the believer as part of the puja or prayer ritual.
