1981–2016 This year is the gallery’s 35th anniversary After his art history studies and a stint as a conservator at the Musée de la Marine in Paris, Franck Marcelin opened his gallery in Aix-en-Provence in 1981. A specialist in the art of the Pacific and the curator for numerous exhibitions of Oceanic art, he is a member of the Fédération nationale des experts professionnels spécialisés en art and of the Confédération européenne des experts d'art. In celebration of the gallery’s 35th anniversary, an important exhibition on the art of the Massim region will be presented at the 2016 Parcours des Mondes.
