For over twenty years, Jacques Germain has acted as a consultant to both private and corporate collectors, and has also exercised his expertise in the service of North American museums. He is present at a number of international fairs, has published numerous catalogs, and written articles for scholarly reviews. The material culture of Sub-Saharan Africa has been the form of sculptural expression that Jacques Germain has devoted himself to unreservedly throughout his career. His familiarity with historical objects has enabled him to assist both private collectors and museums in their quest to create and consolidate high-level ensembles of art works.
