Galerie Vallois Art Moderne et Contemporain was created by Robert Valoois in 1983. It now occupies two spaces in the heart of the Saint-Germain-des-Prés neighborhood, at 35 and 41 rue de Seine, and is next to the Galerie Art Déco founded in 1971 by Robert and Cheska Vallois. Initially devoted exclusively to contemporary sculpture, the gallery has progressively moved towards the inclusion of other media, and now represents painters and photographers as well as sculptors.
